Mexican Beef Recipe
Shredded beef and seasoned ground beef can both be used in several Mexican beef recipe such as with soft tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. Or, if you’re feeling like a lazy cook, they’re also great alone.Beef is a staple in Mexican cuisine and it will be beneficial to know different ways of cooking beef to implement in different Mexican beef recipes. Shredded Mexican beef ingredients: * 1 large cut of beef (chuck roasts, bottom and top round or brisket) * 1 jar of adobo sauce * 2 cans of chipotle chilies and the liquid * 6 cups of water * 1 tablespoon oil All you have to do to make this great dish is cook the meat in a dish until brown and stir the adobo sauce and chilies into the water. Pour this over the beef until the meat is completely submerged in the liquid then leave it to simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Keep checking on it and adding more water if necessary. When it is cooked, remove the meat and get rid of the water. Serve the meat in a platter or use for tacos/burritos accordingly. Seasoned Ground Mexican beef recipe ingredients: * 2 tablespoons oregano * 1 tablespoon chile powder * 1 teaspoon cumin * 1 teaspoon garlic powder * 2 teaspoons onion powder * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1 lb ground beef * 6 cups of water
Mix all the ingredients together (except for the beef) to make the seasoning. Then, cook the beef until brown before pouring 6 cups of water and the seasoning into the pan. Simmer until all the liquid is gone about 1 1/2 hours.
