Mexican Dinner Recipe

Ingredients: * 1 can refried beans * 1 lb ground beef * 1 package taco seasoning * 1 can diced tomatoes * 1 8oz package of Mexican cheese blend * 3 teaspoons crushed garlic * 1 medium onion, chopped * 1 bag of nacho or tortilla chips
Directions: * Brown the ground beef and drain well. * Add package of taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the meat. * Allow to simmer 2 to 3 minutes. * Mix in garlic and onion. * Cover bottom of a 9x12 oiled casserole dish with the refried beans. * Next, layer the meat and taco seasoning and tomato mixture over the beans. * Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. * Bake in 350 degree oven till cheese melts.
