Mexican Style Pizza

Mexican Style Pizza with Salmon. You will love this dough recipe I use with all my pizzas, NO more pizza-hut!:-)

With bread machine put in ingredients put on dough setting, open your favorite drink wait for the beep.

Ingredients for the dough.
* 1 3/4 cups flour
* 1/2 cup warm water (between 95° and 115° F.)
* 1 T yeast
* 1 T honey
* 2 T olive oil
* 1/4 tsp. salt

For topping:
1/2 cup salsa or picante sauce
1/2 cup coarsely crushed tostadas
1/2 cup cooked flaked salmon
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 cup shredded mexican seasoned cheese or monterey jack cheese
Nonstick cooking spray

Heat oven to 450°F. Spray top surface of pizza crust with nonstick spray and place on a baking sheet. Spread salsa on crust.

Top with crushed tostadas, salmon, onions and cheese. Bake Pizza until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned 10 to 12 minutes.
