Hello Relax, I have done this before. Lets look at the spices and the right product for the Pork Chop recipe. * 6 1/4 inch Pork chops. Pre-heat oil in skillet over medium heat, salt, pepper and flour each side of the pork chops. Place in skillet fry till golden brown on both sides. Ok we have them all cooked, set aside. Drain oil from skillet leaving about two tablespoons. Slice and quarter 2 medium onions place in skillet, sauté till tender. In blender add 1 16 oz can of tomatoes, 1 16 oz's of water 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, or 3 or 4cloves, jalapeño peppers 1 to 4 your choice. Puree, and pour into skillet with onions, salt to taste. Bring to boil, add pork chops cover and simmer over low heat, about 30 minutes. Five or six yellow crookneck or zucchini squash sliced 1/4 inch thick will do. Remove lid place over pork chops cover, simmer till tender 5 or 6 more minutes. Tip we could go to our salsarecipe make a quart pour over our Pork Chops season to taste, simmer 30minutes, add squash, simmer and call it pork chop recipe with squash. Serve with rice, beans, flourtortillas. A good substitute for rice with this pork chop recipe, would be vermicelli, a delicious mexican pasta dish (Fideo). Check out the recipe. P.S.
