Mexican Style Potato Recipe
Instructions for Mexican potato recipe: A rule of thumb two medium potatoes usually feeds 3 adults as aside dish. lets use 3 potatoes for this recipe.Peeling is optional a fresh white potato I prefer not to peel.We need to par-boil about 15 to 20 minutes.Slice potatoes in about 1 inch chucks, dice 1/4 cup of onion, 1/4cup of bell pepper, Jalapeņo pepper (optional) salt and pepper to taste. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in skillet over medium high heat add all ingredients. Semi brown your potatoes on both sides, 5 or 6 minutes should do. Kind of like hash browns.
